OUR STORY

How It Started

We began in 2021…what started as an idea to give books to local children to help with literacy, quickly turned into a non profit. We will be starting our 5th school year giving out literacy materials and are partnered with 3 area schools.

Board of Directors

Kim Kittilson, Founder and President

Kim has a background in Elementary Education with an art minor. She is happy to be able to combine her love for books, animals and children to give books and other literacy materials to children. She enjoys reading, cross stitching and hiking.

Christopher Kittilson, Vice President and Treasurer

Christopher has a degree in History with a minor in Communications and is currently attending law school. He spends his spare time with his wife hiking and exploring new places.

Katelyn Lawley, Secretary

Katelyn currently teaches high school art with emphasis in ceramics. She spends her spare time with her husband and their two dogs.
