Our first post focused on the variety of animals we have gathered for our first distribution. Today, we’re looking at a selection of the books that we’ll be giving out throughout this school year! Our packing center is full of books, from old childhood favorites to some new classics. There’s something in here for every child.
In order to help build more confidence with both reading and writing, part of our first round of books will include a workbook that kids can go through to practice their handwriting and reading comprehension.
While searching for books to distribute, we’ve found some great new books to provide! Stick and Stone tells a tale of strong friendship between two unlikely pals, while Moon! sees the Moon tell kids some facts and stories about the Earth’s companion. These tales, and many more, are included in this first round of books.
